Pomegranate juice orders
The Pomegranate Juicery provides 100% pure pomegranate juice prepared by our community of volunteers.
Juice may be supplied by collection or delivery, subject to availability and arrangements made at the time of ordering.
We aim to provide accurate information about prices, products and availability. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Storage
Our pomegranate juice is supplied frozen and should be kept frozen until required.
Please follow any storage, defrosting and serving instructions supplied with the juice.
Cancellations, problems and returns
If you need to cancel an order, receive an incorrect or damaged order, or experience another problem with your order, please contact RIMON as soon as possible so that we can assist.
If juice is no longer required, please contact us before returning it.
For food-safety reasons, we can only accept returned juice where it has remained frozen continuously.
Where personal circumstances make returning the juice difficult, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with collection.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Donations
Donations made through this website are used to support the charitable work of RIMON.
Donations are normally treated as final. If you believe you have made a donation in error or need to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests will be considered individually and, where a refund is agreed, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Square and WooCommerce.
RIMON does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Payments may also be subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant payment provider.
